Overview
LIC HFL is engaging fresh graduates as Apprentices to provide on‑the‑job training in core BFSI operations. This is not a permanent job; apprentices are trainees and receive a monthly stipend during the program. Successful candidates will get a Proficiency Certificate upon completion.
Note: Apprenticeship does not guarantee regular employment at LIC HFL.

Entrance Exam & Selection
- Mode: Online remote‑proctored exam (via smartphone with front camera)
- Pattern: 100 MCQs, 60 minutes
- Syllabus: Basic Banking, Investment & Insurance; Quantitative, Reasoning, Digital/Computer Literacy, English
- Next Stages: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification & Personal Interview at LIC HFL offices
